Goggles or safety glasses forms of protective surrounded eye area in order to prevent particulates, chemicals,  infectious fluids, water from impacting the eyes. They get used to applying in chemistry laboratories, woodworking, industrial workplace, also in snow sports as well, in swimming and outdoor campaign.

Goggles are worn while using power tools such as drills or chainsaw to prevent particles from damaging eyes. Many types of goggles are available according to goggles prescription. Choosing appropriate types of goggles or safety glasses depending upon the threat will reduce damage from operating workplace.
  1. Goggles: Forms for protecting eyes from damage, involving functional and professional industry. Practical applications are as welding, sporting, riding, sawing, ..,etc. Safety regulation must be in accordance with CE EN 166, 175/CSA Z94.3/ANSI Z 87.1.  
  2. Safety glasses : Not only protect against flying scraps but also protect against visible light, approved by CE 166, 175/CSA Z94.3/ANSI Z87.1.
  3. Sunglasses: Protect against high levels of visible and ultraviolet light from the sun. UV radiation is workable in general standard.
  4. Welding glasses : The protective degree is much stronger than general sunglasses. Extremely implementing intense light protection from generating throughout welding. Recommendation Grade 14 is darker than smaller number of welding gradually, applying to CE EN175/CSA Z94.3/ANSI Z87.1.
  5. Laser protection eyewear : Protecting eyes from visible and invisible laser light wavelengths. Frequent laser flashing is easy to be filtered out by protection goggles. Laser goggles are subject to specific prescription of eye wearing. Refer to laser safety for further information.
  6. Visor: Besides Polycarbonate features transparent viewshed while working, wire mesh, plastic mesh are used usually meeting CE EN 166/ANSI Z 87.1.
  7. Anti-fog : More resistant coatings inside/outside surface of glasses, polycarbonate , plastic are settled in manufacturing processes to prevent density of vapor on a surface in a form of small droplet, creating a hydrophilic surface.
  8. Safety helmet : Has been developed in research by manufacturing and testing organisations. A safety helmet is the best proven that people do work and can lesson the risk of injury in the event of an accident, providing protection by reducing severity of injury through accidental impacts to the head, by cushioning absorbing material with safe components to further enhance the protection of consumers and facilitate the level of techniques in manufacturing personal protection equipment in accordance with CE EN397/ANSI Z89.1.
